It's an awesome as well as fun utility application from the house of Nokia. Just click the menu b*tton when the screen is locked and then you see the application open up. You can see great visuals of bubbles in motion. Each bubble is for respective functions. You can have access to your favourite contacts, unlock the screen, check sms and many more. It's interactive n fun. Plus the changing wallpaper in the background makes it delightful to watch. Worth downloading. Try it.
PS: TESTED ON S3 but phones with Anna firmware should be okay too. S60 5th ed phones with latest firmware & QT v4.6.3 can give it a try too. Cheers.
